At Office38, we understand that finding the right workspace is crucial for your productivity. How do I book a workspace?

You can easily book a half-day, full-day, or regular scheduled workspace by contacting us directly. Phone Karen on 07983 125132 to book your workspace or use the Contact Us form. Once you have made a booking, access details will be sent to you.

What amenities are included?

Our spaces include high speed Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee and access to a fridge/freezer. Printing facilities are not available, however, you're welcome to bring your own printer.  Of course, a toilet is on the premises.

Please note that booked rentals are non-refundable.

Can I rent a workspace for just one day?

We recognise that business needs can change rapidly, which is why we offer short-term rentals at Office38. Our flexible agreements allow you to rent a workspace by the hour, day, or week, so you can focus on your tasks without the hassle of long-term commitments.

Where is Office38 located?

We are located in the heart of Bude, offering convenient access to local amenities. Parking is available nearby at the Crescent car park. For users of the town car parks, the JustPark app provides some great discounts.
